Meet Janice.

Janice Dean is a research and strategy consultant who partners with mission-driven organizations to design, adaptively plan, and evaluate strategies that foster inclusive and people-centered innovation. She has extensive expertise in monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) within the education sector and over 13 years of experience facilitating both generative and evaluative research across diverse organizations.

Janice has worked with national non-profits (National Coalition for School Diversity), government agencies, social enterprises, large international organizations (Pencils of Promise, International Rescue Committee), and community-based organizations (Hudson Guild). She specializes in engaging multi-sector stakeholders in strategic collaboration, participatory decision-making, and connecting policy and evidence to lived realities in communities.

Her portfolio spans various fields, including digital development, humanitarian work, education, and advocacy. She holds a Master’s in Public Administration in Sustainable Development Practice from Columbia University.
