As a former Assistant Principal at Success Academy, she was instrumental in implementing data-driven instructional strategies that improved student outcomes and teacher performance. Her expertise in academic planning, instructional coaching, and compliance oversight ensures that Explore Schools’ strategic initiatives align with best practices in student-centered learning.

Ashley also served as Founding Head of School at Hebrew Language Academy 2 Charter School, where she successfully led a multicultural curriculum initiative, expanding access to bilingual education for diverse student populations.
