Meet Dr. Lewis

Dr. Monique Lewis is an education leader specializing in equity-driven school transformation, instructional leadership, and systemic change. With over two decades of experience in K -12 education, Dr. Lewis has worked extensively with charter school networks, public school districts, and educational nonprofits to design and implement culturally responsive teaching frameworks, anti-racist curriculum development, and leadership training.

As a former Senior Equity Consultant, she has led district-wide equity audits, helped schools refine student-centered learning models, and trained educators in strategies that close opportunity gaps for historically marginalized students. Her experience also includes policy analysis, teacher coaching, and strategic planning that advances school improvement efforts in diverse educational settings.
